Board Game Dwelling is a small board game company run by two humans who love games, tolerate spreadsheets, and have very strong opinions about whether the rulebook is ever actually the final word.

We design, produce, and dissect board games with the conviction that play is serious business — and that serious business should occasionally involve enchanted forests, morally ambiguous fairy tale figures, and at least one mechanic that causes a mild domestic dispute.

We are not your hype machine. We are not going to tell you a game is “super fun and amazing.” We are going to tell you why it works — or doesn’t — and whether the box art is lying to you.
